Welcome to the A2P text messaging program (“Program”) operated by DAPS Pest Services (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By opting in to receive SMS or MMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Description

By subscribing, you consent to receive recurring text messages from DAPS Pest Services. These may include:

Message frequency may vary no more than 2 a month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Delays, failures, or undelivered messages caused by carriers or network issues
• Charges incurred by your mobile provider for message and data rates
